Were looking for a Product Manager to lead our Deposit team - 15 talented professionals working at the heart of our core banking platform. Youll take full ownership of our deposit products, guiding their development, delivery, and evolution in a fast-moving landscape. With a new bank launch on the horizon, a fresh interface underway, and a strong focus on productization, this is a pivotal moment to join Crosskey.

Your role
As Product Manager, you will:
- Own the full lifecycle of deposit products - from daily operations to long-term strategy
- Lead and support your product team to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement
- Act as Product Owner, prioritizing development and aligning with customer needs
- Collaborate with other product areas and customers to shape roadmaps and increment planning
- Monitor compliance and security, initiating actions to keep products robust and future-proof
- Contribute to strategic planning and resource forecasting alongside the Product Area Manager
You will report to the Product Area Manager for Core & Credits.

What were looking for
You bring:
- A bachelors degree in business or engineering
- Solid understanding of deposit products - ideally from both supplier and tech perspectives
- Experience in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in product development
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Proven leadership capabilities
- A collaborative, curious, and hands-on approach - youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves
