Eckerö Group has recently expanded its fleet with a new vessel, M/S Fjärdvägen (formerly Sailor). The vessel is scheduled to enter service in January 2026.

As our operations grow, we are looking for experienced and skilled crew and officers to join our Ro-Pax service between Långnäs and Naantali.

We are seeking positive, service-minded, and professional individuals with solid language and teamwork skills for the following permanent positions:

Deck Officers, STCW II/1
Watchkeeping Engineers STWC III/1
Electricians STCW III/7
Ordinary Seamen, STCW II/4
Motormen, STWC III/5 & III/4
We also welcome applications for relief and fixed-term positions.

The official working and safety language onboard is English, while skills in Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.

Who are you?
Were looking for professionals who have:

Valid STCW certifications appropriate for the position
Relevant professional experience and qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and commitment to high safety and environmental standards
