Finnish Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Finnish Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn.

The opportunity
Are you a service-minded team player with a passion for helping others? Do you have excellent verbal and written skills in Finnish and enjoy providing top-class customer service?

If so, you might be exactly who were looking for.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support our players across Pafs markets through chat, email and calls. You´ll help them with questions, guide them through issues, and ensure they always receive a professional, friendly and helpful experience.

This is a role for someone who is eager to learn, open to new challenges and enjoys a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Profile
- Fluent in Finnish (spoken and written)
- Strong English skills
- Previous experience in online customer support and/or the gaming industry is a nice to have
- Service-minded, patient and solution-oriented
- Positive, organized, reliable and, above all, willing to learn
