The bus lines essentially follow the main roads into Mariehamn. Both the bus and ferry timetables are adapted to working hours for those who live in the countryside or in the archipelago and work in the city.
The Mariehamn bus runs frequent services every weekday (Monday-Friday). The fare is the same, regardless of route.
