Customer Service Specialist - Capital Markets

Are you a person who has some knowledge of the capital markets? Are you a person who is passionate for giving the customer a good experience? Do you like to be the spider in the net when it comes to both internal and external contact ways? Do you want to develop both yourself and our own products at the same time as you develop the customer's business, then you might be the person we are looking for.

Currently we are looking for a strong and self-driven candidate who has a natural interest in this specific area. You will participate in daily operational and strategic activities as first point of contact for our customers meaning answering questions, resolving issues, discuss development and providing guidance on using products or services. For this we use CRM-systems but also phone calls or email contacts will be in scope.

You have a strong interest in Capital Market and Customer Service. You know that with satisfied customers we will grow and make more possibilities to our customers to grow. You are not afraid of routines but at the same time open for flexibility.

As a person you are a team player who proactively improves your daily work and related processes. You have a good customer service attitude combined with an ability to manage technical challenges. You hold a high level of integrity and are trustworthy.

Your working hours (8 hrs/day in Stockholm/7,5 hrs/day in Finland) are between 7-19 (CET) on a rolling schedule.

The open positions is based in Stockholm, Mariehamn or Helsinki. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish and English. Finnish is meritorious. The positions are permanent with 6 months of trial employment.
